Ingredients :
1cup grated carrot
1cup cashew nuts
1cup sugar
1/4 th cup milk
1 1/2 tablespoons ghee

Method
Pulse and powder the cashew nuts.
Grind grated carrot with milk to a paste.
Add all the ingredients to a pan with 1 tablespoon of ghee and cook on medium flame.

Once the mixture starts leaving the sides of the pan ( like for any other burfi ) gather and pour it on a greased plate. Cut it into pieces after it has cooled a bit.
