Stuffed chillies /Jalapino peppers/Bajji milagai

Ingredients

  1. Chillies 5-6
  2. Roasted gramflour 2 tbsp
  3. Peanut powder 3tbsp [roasted deskinned peanuts]
  4. Grated coconut 2tbsp
  5. Chopped coriander little
  6. Cumin powder ½ tsp
  7. Coriander powder ½ tsp
  8. Salt to taste

Wash ,deseed and slit the chillies lengthwise

Boil water with some salt and turmeric powder in a vessel. Once it comes to rolling boil put off the burner and add the chillies .keep covered for 5/6 mts

Drain the chillies and dry them on a towel

Take the masalas and mix them together

Stuff the mixture in the chillies

Add a couple spoons of oil in a khadai  place the stuffed chillies in the pan and cover the pan   cook in slow flame

Turn the chillies a couple of times the outer skin will get darker . All over the dish is done . It can be served with chapathi /rice

Same can be done with small capsicums 

Some finely cut onions sauted can be added to the filling to get volume.
