Vallarai keerai leaves

Ingredients: Vallarai keerai leaves washed and finely chopped, chopped green chillies, chopped onions or shallots(small onions), grated coconut, lemon juice and salt.

Method: Wash and cut the leaves. Put in a bowl. Add the green chillies , onions, grated coconut and salt. Mix well. Squeeze lemon juice. Ready to serve.

Note: No need to cook in gas. Very simple and tasty.
