This is a simple , healthy and quick to make breakfast . It is made with whole wheat bread, hummus, avacado and tempeh (soy beans). It has a good combination of all essential carbs, fats and protein.
Ingredients:
Bread – 2 slices
Avocado -1/4 Th
Tempeh -2 tblsp
Hummus – 1 tblsp
Oil – 1/2 tsp
Seasoning – to taste can add salt , pepper , oregano, chilli flakes etc
Sauce – to taste can choose either habanero , tomato , chili sauce

Total prep time: ~5 minutes
Recipe
- Toast bread to your desired level.

2. Parallelly, chop the tempeh into tiny cubes

3. Now, pan-fry the tempeh in a little oil for 5 minutes. The tempeh turns golden-brown on frying
4. Once the bread is toasted, coat one side with hummus. Feel free to add your favourite seasonings at this point – salt, pepper, oregano, chilli flakes or anything else you like

5. Add spinach leaves to the bread. Take a ripe avocado (the skin should be purple-green and it should feel squishy to touch), and cut 1/4th of it.

6. Scoop the avocado with a spoon and cut it into thin slices. Place the slices on the spinach leaves

7. Next, add the pan fried tempeh on top

8. Lastly, add any sauce of your choice (I personally use habanero sauce) on top. Your tempeh avocado toast is ready to eat!
