Apple and walnut raita

Ingredients :

Apple – 1 medium size

Walnuts – few roasted and chopped into small pieces

Curds -1.5 cups

Salt -1/2 tsp

Sugar – 1 tsp

Cumin powder -1/2 tsp

Chaat masala – 1/2 tsp (optional)

Red chili powder- 1/2 tsp

Pepper – 1/2 tsp crushed

Method :

Take the curds in a bowl and add all the powders and whisk well.

Now add the chopped walnuts.

Cut the apple into small pieces.

Add it to the curds and mix it well.

Garnish with chopped coriander or mint leaves.

You refreshing and healthy salad ready to eat as such or as an accompaniment to rotis or rice.
