Ingredients :
One wati / cup of whole jowar grains
one wati/ cup of moong dal
one wati / cup of urad dal
one tsp of methi seeds
salt 2 tsp
1 tsp of eno fruit salt for 16 idles
salt.

Method :
Take the one cup jowar grains, one cup moong dal and one cup urad dal in a container, wash it two to three times , add one tsp of methi . Keep it soaked in water for 8 to 10 hours.

Now grind this soaked grains in a grinder. Remove into a big vessel add 2 tsp salt .Mix it thoroughly for 2 mins.

Cover it and keep it for around 8 to 10 hours for the batter to ferment and rise. You may also add some eno now ( just before steaming the idlis )to the batter to get fluffier idlis.

Pour it in the greased idli vessel and steam for about 20 mins. Your super healthy and fluffy idlis are ready to eat.
Serve it hot with sambar and chutney.

Makes around 20 to 25 idlis with this measure.
