Instant peas sooji dosa

Ingredients:

1 cup of sooji (rava / semolina)

1cup green peas

1/4 cup idli rava ( soaked for 1/2 hour) /or raw rice (soaked for 1 hr) /or rice flour

4-6 green chillies,

1/2 inch piece of ginger

4-6 cloves of garlic

1/4 cup curd,

coriander leaves a small bunch

1 tsp of chaat masala

1 tsp roasted cumin powder

salt to taste

Few teaspoons oil for making.

Method:

Put all the ingredients in a mixer and grind it with little water to get dosa batter consistency.

Now heat a dosa tava and spread out a ladleful of the batter evenly . Drizzle a little oil. When dosa starts leaving the sides of the pan flip it over with a spatula and let it cook for a minute on the other side.Your dosa is now ready to serve.

Rice is used to give a little firm texture otherwise the dosas come out too soft . If you have all the ingredients then this dosa can be prepared instantly.
