Sparkling Spinach

Ingredients

1 bunch Washed & dried spinach

1 tbsRoasted sesame seeds

2 cupsCorn flour

1/2 tspSugar

1 tbsChilli flakes

1/2 tspSalt.

Method :

Cut the spinach to thin strips .

Mix the corn flour to the spinach & squeeze lightly .

Heat oil in a kadai. Take as little oil as possible (This oil can not be reused). Deep fry the spinach in batches .Fry them using a metal strainer as it is easy to gather leave them .

Place it on a paper towel for a few minutes and then transfer to a bowl.

Powder the dry ingredients coarsely .

Add the spice powder & just shake well . Garnish with sliced almonds.

This makes a nice snack people but those on a diet please excuse😊.
