Bok choy or pok choi is a type of Chinese cabbage . This leafy green is not only tasty, but it is low in calories and packed full of vitamins and minerals.
Ingredients:
Pak Choi leaves 6
Salted Butter-1 tablespoon
Oil -1 teaspoon
garlic chopped finely – 5-6 cloves
1 teaspoon Chilli flakes
Salt ( as per taste, if required)
Method:
Wash the pak choi and slice in half, lengthways.

Put a large frying pan on high flame and heat. Add the butter and oil.
When butter has melted add in the chilli flakes and garlic. Add a little salt.

Once butter is foaming, add the pak choi, flat side down in the pan. After about 4 mins, once you have some good colour, turn
the halves over and cook for a
couple more minutes. Don’t
overcook. Remove and serve immediately.
