Butter Garlic Green Beans

Ingredients:

Beans 1/2 kg ,

3 cloves garlic minced,

2 tablespoons butter,

2 teaspoons lemon&pepper

salt to taste.

Procedure:

Wash the beans and cut into long pieces. Place the beans in a pan . Add some water and let it cook covered in medium flame for about 5 minutes, till the beans soften.

Drain water. Add butter to the beans and stir fry till butter is melted.Add minced garlic and fry for 2 minutes.

Finally add salt and season with lemon pepper.

Note:

If you don’t get lemon pepper can add some crushed pepper powder and squeeze lemon juice and serve.
