This is a simple salad – easy to make as well as very healthy and tasty.
Ingredients:
1 onion, 1 tomato, 1 cucumber, 1 green chilli, 50 grams paneer, some finely chopped coriander leaves for garnishing and 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder and salt for taste

For the dressing:
Juice of 1 lemon, 1 teaspoon honey and 1 teaspoon Chat masala.
Method:
Take onion, tomato , cucumber, paneer, all chopped into small pieces in a bowl. Add finely chopped green chilli. Add salt and mix well.
Dressing: Take juice of 1 lemon in a bowl. Add the chat masala and honey. Mix well.

Pour the dressing over the chopped vegetables. Mix well. Add finely chopped coriander leaves . Sprinkle some red chilli powder. Mix. The salad is ready to serve.
