Ingredients
Flour ( maida) – 1 cup( can make 3 small pizzas)
Baking powder -1 tsp
Baking soda-1/2 tsp
Oil-3 tsps
Curd- small quantity for kneading instead of water
Mozzarella cheese
Pizza sauce – for spreading ( optional)
Tomato sauce – for spreading
Veggies of your choice like baby corn, onion, capsicum , jalapeños etc – chopped
Salt – to taste
Method
Take flour one cup. Add salt, baking powder, baking soda, oil.Knead the dough in curd softly. Keep covered for 15 minutes.

Then make a ball from dough and make a round shape like Roti not very thin. On one side prick with fork making lines . Then put it on a pan on the other side. After a minute flip it and keep for a minute. All in low flame.

Then keep it on tawa with pricked side down. Apply tomato sauce. Apply tomato sauce and pizza/ pasta sauce (red if u have) . Then put diced capsicum, red and yellow bell peppers , chopped onion and tomatoes, corn. (You may put whichever of the above vegetables u have).

Then grate mozzarella cheese over it . Close the pan with lid. Keep in low flame for 5-6 minutes till cheese melts. Here again I didn’t have mozzarella cheese. So I used processed cheese.

Then remove and cut into slices.
