Ingredients:
1. 4 ripe bananas
2 . 1/2 cup powdered sugar
3. 2/3 cup refined oil4.
4. 1&1/2 cup wheat flour
5.1 tsp baking powder
6. 1/2 tsp baking soda
7. 1tsp vanilla essence
8. 1/2 cup of crushed walnuts

Take bananas in a wide mouthed vessel & mash them well with a fork.

Add oil & sugar to the mashed banana & mix them well.

Add vanilla essenceThen sieve wheat flour, baking powder, & baking soda with a pinch of salt.Add this to the banana mix & mix slowly.
In the meantime preheat the oven to 180 degrees
Add the walnuts to the mixture. Mix well . Transfer the mix to a greased baking tin.

Bake at 180 for 45 mts.
Check with a fork if it comes out clean. Otherwise bake for another 5 mts. Now remove it from the oven.

After it cools transfer it to a plate.

Turn the bread upside down to slice – you then get full slices.

This makes for an excellent tea time snack.

If you desire the bread to be extra soft and moist you may add an egg and 1/2 cup of milk to above recipe .
