Ingredients:
- Cashew nuts
- Sugar
- Little Ghee
- Pulse and powder 2 cups of cashew nuts.
- Make 1 string sugar syrup with 1 cup sugar and half cup water. ( Cashew: sugar is 2:1)
- Switch of the gas and add the cashew powder and 1 spoon of ghee. Mix very well till it becomes a ball.
- Transfer to a slightly greased plate. Grease your palm a bit and knead the mixture like atta.
- Grease the back of the plate and transfer the mixture to the plate. Grease a rolling pin and roll like a big roti.
- After it cools a bit cut to desired shape and store.
