Ingredients:
Washed and soaked Poha 1 cup.,(White or Red), Wheat flour 1 cup, Ghee and Oil.
For the stuffing:
Cumin seeds, Turmeric powder, Red chilli powder, Coriander powder,Garam masala powder or Subzi masala powder, Ginger garlic paste, Chopped green chillies, Onions and Tomatoes, Poha, Oil, Salt and Coriander leaves.

Procedure:
Wash and soak the Poha for 15 minutes for thin poha. If using thick Poha soak for another 5-10 minutes. Knead Wheat flour with salt and water into a smooth dough. Add some oil after kneading and rest for 15 minutes. Meanwhile make the stuffing ready.
Stuffing: Take oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds. Add ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon. Add chopped green chillies and onions. Sauté for a few minutes. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder,garam masala/ subzi powder 1 teaspoon, salt. Mix well. Add chopped tomatoes. Sauté for a few minutes. Add the soaked poha after draining the water. Mix well. Garnish with coriander leaves. Mixture should be dry.

Take the knead atta . Roll it like Roti. Keep the stuffing inside. Close and roll again .

Heat a tawa and cook the paratha on both sides applying ghee. Cook till golden brown. Remove and serve with butter, curd and pickle.
