Eggless Chocolate Vanilla Cake

Ingredients

Maida-225 grams.

Nestle Milkmaid1 tin – 400 grams.

Unsalted butter -125 grams ,

baking powder -one and a half teaspoon ,

baking soda -one and a half teaspoon ,

vanilla essence 2 teaspoon ,

sprite/ 7 UP 300ml,

sugar -4 teaspoons ,

cocoa powder -4 teaspoons ( if you want a stronger chocolaty taste, you can add 2 teaspoons more),

choco chip – optional (a little to sprinkle).

Method


1. Mix maida, cocoa powder, baking soda and baking powder and sieve them together and keep it aside
2. Take a bowl and add milkmaid, sugar, unsalted butter and vanilla essence and beat it with hand beater or cake beating machine for 5 minutes
3. Pour Sprite/ 7Up and mix
4. Now slowly add the sieved mixture (maida, cocoa, baking soda and baking powder)
5. Beat this mixture (either with hand beater or machine beater) for 15 minutes
6. Grease a microwavable tray with ghee. If you have baking paper, put that in the tray first and grease it and pour the mixed batter.
7. Sprinkle choco chips on top of the whole batter in a zigzag manner.
8. Pre heat microwave at 180 degrees.
9. Bake this for 40 minutes.
10. Aromatic home made choco- vanilla cake ready.
