Ingredients:
Roasted Paapads, Chopped -green chillies, onions and tomatoes, crushed garlic, coriander leaves, cumin seeds,turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, oil and salt.
Method:
Roast some paapads and keep aside.

Heat a pan. Add oil. Add cumin seeds, turmeric powder, chopped green chillies and onions, crushed garlic, Sauté till onions turn golden brown. Then add chopped tomatoes, salt, red chilli powder and coriander powder. Mix well. Cook in low flame till the tomatoes become soft.

Crush the Paapads ( not finely)and add. Add 1 teaspoon of water . Cook for 2-3 minutes.

Garnish with coriander leaves and subzi is ready to serve.

Note: It is a good accompaniment with Leftover Dal ka Paratha.
