Leftover Dal + Paalak ( Spinach) Ka Paratha

Ingredients:

Cooked Dal subzi, Wheat flour, finely chopped Paalak ,finely chopped green chillies and onions, ,red chilli powder, turmeric powder coriander leaves,oil, salt( if required as Dal has salt)

Method: Mix all the ingredients except oil and make a soft dough. Don’t add water. After kneading, add oil and knead again. Keep covered for 10-15 minutes.

Then make balls and roll into parathas . Then heat a tawa and cook them. Add ghee. When golden brown on both sides remove.

Note: Any leftover Dal can be used . I used Yellow Moong Dal.It can be served with butter/ pickle /paapad subzi ( my next recipe)
