Maharashtrian onion potato poha

Ingredients
mustard – 1tp
jeera – 1 tp
urud dal – 1 tp
hing -1pinch
Turmeric -1pinch
groundnuts -1 table spoon
curry leaves – few leaves
onion -1
coriander – few leaves
green chilli – 1 finely cut
ginger – small piece finely cut
lemon juice- 1 spoon
soaked poha- 1 cup (250 ml)
boiled and cut potato- 2

Procedure

Keep a pan on the flame. Add one table spoon oil. When it is hot, add dry ingredients one by one. Once roasted add onion,chilli, curry leaves and ginger. When onion is transparent add boiled potato .

Now add the soaked poha.
Add required salt. Close the pan and cook for 5 minutes. Once done add lemon juice and coriander.

Note- Thick poha variety is preferred for this dish.
