Ingredients: All purpose flour ( Maida), Mixed Vegetables Subzi, Oil and Salt.
Method: Make a soft dough of flour with water adding salt and oil.Rest the dough for 15 minutes. Meanwhile mash the mixed vegetables Subzi ( not too much) and keep aside. Take the dough . Roll out like rotis , neither very thick nor very thin. Then cut the edges snd make a big square. Then cut into long strips ( not very thin)


Keep the vegetables stuffing on one corner and roll it.


Make a slurry of maida and water in a cup.

Heat oil in a pan. Dip the two edges of the rolls in the slurry and deep fry in oil till golden brown.
Ready to serve. Can serve with tomato ketchup .

Note: I had leftover Mixed Vegetables Subzi ( Potatoes, Carrots, Beans,Cauliflower,Green Peas, Onions & Tomatoes) which was used to make a tasty , easy and quick snack.
