Sago also called jawarrisi or sabudana.Wash and Soak 2 cups of Sago for atleast a couple of hours.Dry roast half a cup of Peanuts, remove skin and grind in a mixer to make a coarse powder( do not run the mixer on high speed as the peanuts will shed oil and it will become a lump) and keep aside.

Add 2 tbl spoon of oil to a pan and temper with1 teaspoon Mustard1teaspoon Chanadal1teaspoon of grated ginger1-2 green chillies1teaspoon Turmeric powderSalt as per taste.Drain excess water if any from the Sago, and add it to the pan and stir well and cook for a few minutes on medium heat.Add the Peanut powder slowly while stirring.Cook for a few more minutes until the Sago is completely cooked. Switch off the heat, and squeeze in the juice of a small lemon and mix well. Garnish with Coriander leaves and serve.

You may also Saute and add Onions, Green peas, Carrots or any other vegetables of your choice, before adding the Sago.
