Cauliflower leaves sambhal / salad

Ingredients:

Cauliflower leaves washed and finely chopped, Green chillies finely chopped, Onion finely chopped, Grated Coconut little, Lime juice snd Salt

Method:

Wash and chop the leaves of cauliflower finely. Transfer to a bowl . Add chopped onion, green chillies, grated coconut and salt. Mix well. Heat a pan . Transfer everything from the bowl. Toss for a minute or two only. Remove in the bowl. Squeeze some lemon juice and mix. Sambhal is ready to serve.

Note: Leaves of the cauliflower must be fresh.
