Coriander (leaves & stem) and besan curry

Ingredients :

Coriander Leaves, Coriander Stems finely chopped, 2-3 Garlic Pods crushed, Green chillies finely chopped, Besan (3-4 tablespoons), Mustard Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Turmeric Powder, Oil and Salt as per taste.

Method

Heat oil in a pan. Add Mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Add turmeric powder, crushed garlic pods, green chillies. Sauté for a few minutes. Add green chilles, Coriander Stems and coriander leaves. Add salt. Keep stirring for a few minutes. It will be cooked in a few minutes. Add Besan and keep stirring so that no lumps are formed. After a few minutes switch off the gas. The dish is ready to serve.

Note- This is a very simple recipe and no vegetables are needed 😀
